The highly anticipated Genshin Impact 3.8 update introduces the Secret Summer Paradise event, offering players a chance to embark on a thrilling adventure in a new time-limited area. Set in the captivating Veluriyan Mirage, the opening scene of Genshin Impact 3.8 takes place here, providing players with a mesmerizing backdrop as they explore and uncover the mysteries within.

Unlock exclusive outfits for beloved characters Kaeya and Klee by participating in the event. Immerse yourself in the captivating storyline and complete various event quests to earn these stunning outfits, as well as a free Layla character.

Embark on a Journey to the Veluriyan Mirage

Following the prologue, players are whisked away to the enchanting Veluriyan Mirage, bidding farewell to Mondstadt and venturing into Liyue. Here, you will encounter Jean, Kaeya, and Klee, who inform you about a special invitation from Klee's mother. Utilizing a magical envelope, you are teleported to Sumeru, where you join forces with Eula and Collei to explore the Mirage. Your adventure begins with a bottle discovered in the desert, leading you to unravel the secrets hidden within.

Embark on an array of thrilling quests throughout the Secret Summer Paradise event:

• An Invitation From Afar: Visit the Knights of Favonius headquarters and meet Jean, Kaeya, and Klee. Discover the details of Klee's mother's invitation and utilize the magical envelope to teleport to Sumeru, where your journey unfolds.
• The Crystal Light Awakens: Engage in a series of puzzles to awaken the Crystal Light. Solve each puzzle to unlock valuable chests containing precious items. Be sure not to overlook these chests, as they become inaccessible once the quest is complete.

As you traverse the new time-limited area, indulge in a variety of Attractions. These captivating mini-games consist of multiple parts, each offering exciting challenges. Successfully completing parts of these mini-games rewards you with Fascinating Phenocrysts, which can be utilized to unlock the character Layla and obtain other enticing rewards, including Primogems.

The Secret Summer Paradise event is available until August 27 at 9 p.m. PT / 12 a.m. ET / 5 p.m. BST (for EU) / 6 p.m. CEST (for EU) / 1 a.m. JST (for Asia). If you haven't started your Genshin Impact journey yet, you can dive right into the event by selecting the "Quick Start" option.
