Marvel Snap Destroyer deck

Looking for a Destroyer deck? Destroyer is a six-cost card with massive power. The catch? His on-reveal ability destroys your other cards. It’s a high-risk, high-reward play, but, if you can pull it off, you’ll be unstoppable.

Building a deck around a specific concept or the power of a particular card can be a fun and effective strategy. In this case, we’re going to pair a high-cost card with cards that benefit from being destroyed by Destroyer, while also ensuring you have enough power to survive Destroyer’s ability and win two locations.

This deck serves as a starting point to understand card synergy, not as a guaranteed win deck. The deck includes:

  • Armor
  • Warpath
  • Nova
  • Bucky Barnes
  • Hobgoblin
  • Green Goblin
  • Scorpion
  • Professor X
  • Killmonger
  • Fallen Angel
  • Hazmat
  • Mojo
  • Cosmo

The goal is to reduce your opponent’s power while ensuring you have enough power to survive Destroyer’s ability and win two locations. Armor makes one location’s cards immune to destruction, which pairs well with Warpath to gain power. Nova and Bucky Barnes benefit from being destroyed by Destroyer, while Hobgoblin, Green Goblin, and Scorpion handle opponent power buildup in non-destroyable locations. Professor X can lock down a location in turn five to avoid surprises in turn six.

While Destroyer is the focal point of this deck, we can’t forget the rest of the cast. Killmonger is useful in this deck, as he can destroy all one-cost cards, including Nova, which can clog up your hand. Hobgoblin punishes your opponent for building up a large hand by drawing cards. Green Goblin, Scorpion, and Fallen Angel can destroy locations, which is important since you’ll need to lock one location down to avoid surprises in turn six.

Hazmat inflicts a power reduction on other cards, which can be beneficial when intending to destroy them. Mojo is a great addition to the Armor location, especially when paired with Warpath. Finally, if you’re looking for another win condition, consider including Cosmo alongside Destroyer, ensuring other cards are not destroyed but still benefiting from Destroyer’s power.
