Even if you're not a fan of smoking, the condition of the PS3 in this photo is probably not caused simply by smoking. Rather, it's likely the result of unsanitary living conditions in general. Regardless, we hope the owner of this PS3 finds the time to clean it, as well as their other items, and their home.
