To unlock the Grilled Cheese Aspiration, your Sim must eat three servings of grilled cheese in a row. You don't need to be a master chef - the recipe is accessible at level one of the cooking skill. Cook a medium serving size when your Sim's hunger need is in the red, ensuring they feel full enough to eat all three servings. Once your Sim finishes their meal, a notification will appear, allowing you to select the new aspiration. You'll also gain a new friendly social interaction as a fun bonus. Don't worry, your Sim's progress on their current aspiration will be saved, so there's no downside to taking a break to complete this cheesy challenge.
Completing the Grilled Cheese Aspiration
Now that you know how to unlock the aspiration, it's time to face some unexpected elements while completing it. Use the new social interaction unlocked with the aspiration to interact with three different Sims. If your household has enough Sims, start a group conversation and queue up the social interaction with each Sim. You can store a couple of servings in the fridge, and when your Sim feels hungry, they'll autonomously grab the leftover grilled cheese to eat. For a higher chance of getting excellent quality servings, have your Sim cook when they're feeling inspired. Alternatively, if you have the Dine Out game pack, send your Sim to a restaurant where the food is likely to be served at excellent quality.
The final part of the aspiration takes a twist. In a life-and-death situation, there are a few ways to summon Grim to your lot without ending your Sim's life. First, train a Sim with high skill levels in cooking and rocket science. Once they've mastered these skills, have them cook a grilled cheese using the 'Summon Grim' recipe, then use the 'Eat Grilled Cheese' social interaction on their completed rocket ship. Ensure your Sim is standing on the launch pad before they eat the grilled cheese. After finishing the meal, your Sim will be launched into space. Here, your Sim's cooking skills come into play. Use the new 'Make Space Grilled Cheese' interaction on a planet to satisfy Grim's appetite and unlock a new aspiration goal.
