Former Fortnite pro benjyfishy joins Team Heretics for Valorant LCQ

A prominent Esports organization has announced their latest Valorant acquisition, with former Fortnite pro benjyfishy set to compete in a LCQ under the team name. Upon receipt of the announcement, the esports community immediately began buzzing over the latest Valorant acquisition. Former Fortnite professional benjyfishy has transitioned to competitive Valorant, and he will now represent Team Heretics in the upcoming Valorant Champions Tour (VCT) EMEA LCQ. The team name is Heretics.

The VCT EMEA LCQ will be the first major Valorant tournament of the year, and it will feature top Valorant teams from Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. These squads will be vying for the limited spots available in the VCT Masters Berlin, which will take place later this year.

As one of the most talented Fortnite players in the scene, benjyfishy gained recognition for his high-level gameplay and impressive building skills. Now, with his move to Valorant, he has generated considerable excitement among the gaming community.

“benjyfishy is a known name in the Fortnite community, and he is known for his skills and building ability,” the VCT EMEA LCQ press release reads. “He will be joining the team Heretics alongside j_benzz and KingVexx, and the team believes that his adaptability and quick-thinking will greatly contribute to their chances of success in the VCT EMEA LCQ.”

As a tier two player, benjyfishy has showcased exceptional talent in the Fortnite scene, and his move to Valorant has certainly generated a great deal of excitement.

By signing benjyfishy, Heretics is highlighting the growing recognition of Valorant as a competitive esports title. While some players have a background in prior games, others, such as benjyfishy, come from outside the normal esports circuit. And that’s a fantastic thing.

“The signing of benjyfishy highlights the ongoing evolution of esports,” the VCT EMEA LCQ press release reads. “As the industry evolves, players are no longer limited to games and scenes they may have grown up with. With more and more players finding success in Fortnite, other talented individuals are looking to join the competitive Valorant ranks.”

With his previous experience in a highly competitive esports title, benjyfishy certainly brings a unique perspective and strategic mindset to the Team Heretics lineup.

The VCT EMEA LCQ serves as a crucial opportunity for teams to secure their place in the prestigious VCT Masters Berlin. This year’s event will undoubtedly provide a stage for benjyfishy to prove himself in Valorant, and we can’t wait to see him in action.
