Balteus is highly mobile, effective at any range, and has a pulse shield that needs to be broken before you can damage it. As such, the best way to fight it is to focus on aerial combat and avoid any weapons that hinder your movement.
Recommended Weapons
For this fight, we recommend the Vvc-760PR Plasma Rifle. This long-range weapon does high damage and has high mobility, two things you’ll need for this fight. We’d also recommend equipping homing missile launchers on your shoulders for additional damage.

During Missile Barrage, burst towards Balteus to avoid the missiles.

When Balteus flies high and stops, it’s about to unleash a Flamethrower Attack or Flaming Scissors. Keep your distance and dash around if necessary to avoid.
