Master Detective Archives: Rain Code - Chapter 5 Walkthrough
Prepare yourself for the gripping conclusion of Master Detective Archives: Rain Code - Chapter 5 titled "And Then I Was Gone". This is the final chapter in the latest entry of the solve-it game series, and it promises to deliver an intense zombie scene, a thrilling escape sequence, and more.
In the previous chapter, "The Incomplete Memory", our protagonist finds themselves in a dilapidated shack with only one interactive object for quick DP in the next room. Kurumi makes an appearance, followed by a heart-pounding zombie scene and an exhilarating escape sequence.
If you attempt to run towards the zombies, Shinigami will redirect you to find an alternate route through a side path. We proceed down the path towards the street, then turn left when Yuma notices a building. Follow Shinigami's suggested route, but be prepared for a quick-time event when Yuma approaches the priest.
As the escape continues, be ready to press left on the analog stick, followed by a rapid 'X' button press. Keep pushing forward after the group's tumble and keep an eye out for a Silver Memory Shard near the interactive objects on Yuma's path.
Upon entering the meat bun factory, choose 'Use sound' when Yuma needs to decide how to handle the zombies ahead. You will encounter the following interactions:
Cross the red bridge and be on the lookout for the Gold Memory Shard along the left path.
Head towards the Mind-Cleansing Bath door and prepare yourself for shocking revelations and the final Mystery Labyrinth.
