The chapter begins with Yuma feeling a bit forlorn but determined to remember the importance of his prior actions and continue being a force for change. His first task is to hide behind a couch in a lavish room.

After the introductory cutscene, Yuma needs to check various objects for Detective Points (DP) before speaking with a new friend.
Our objective is to follow the marker across Ginma District, staying on the lower side of the street. Along the way, we have the opportunity to chat with Servan, who becomes our first companion for this chapter.
As we approach the stairs leading to the next area, there will be a prompt to interact with a door. Yuma needs to get up off the couch and proceed. Once control is regained, Yuma should speak with the Resistance members in the room. After talking with each member, the dialogue will change depending on whether Yuma agrees to join the Resistance. In any case, the outcome will be the same.
From the rooftop, head toward the two yellow objective markers. Unfortunately, our detective skills aren't quite up to par, as we are unable to determine the culprit. Instead, we agree to Shachi's terms and continue on to the Resistance base.
At the Resistance base, check all the interactive objects, and then chat with the various members for further context. Don't forget to undertake the new requests available throughout Marunomon District and other areas of the Ward.

Throughout the chapter, we'll be asked to go to the hotel in Kamasaki District, so let's head there now.
As we travel throughout Marunomon District and other areas of Kanai Ward, new requests will become available. It's recommended to tackle as many of these as possible, as the deadline for them is approaching.
After leaving the Resistance base, we'll be reunited with someone at Ginma Cafe. Following this, we'll proceed to a phone tap at a vending machine location.
From the vending machine location, we can take the bus to the Academy. This marks the deadline for requests and other forms of exploration in this chapter. From this point on, we'll focus on following the story, with limited movements and interactions with available objects.
Now that we're at the Academy, we'll navigate through various Quick-Time Event (QTE) sequences and investigate a crime scene. As we explore the building, we'll solve several mini-games and puzzles. We'll eventually conclude this chapter with a deduction denouement, where we'll crack the case and complete the mission.
