At $99.99, the MP600 Mini costs $10 less than its competitors, putting it in a good position to undercut the competition by a few bucks. The Sabrent Rocket 2230 is a similar contender, but it’s a few years old and only comes with a 500GB capacity.

The Corsair MP600 Mini achieves sequential read and write speeds of up to 4,800 MB/s and random read and write IOPS of 850K and 1.1M, respectively. These figures are on par with the Sabrent Rocket 2230, and they’re good enough to facilitate smoother gameplay.

Ultimately, the MP600 Mini is one of the best options in its capacity range, alongside Inland TN446 and Sabrent Rocket 2230. These drives are similar in terms of performance, but the Corsair model is cheaper and comes from a more reputable brand.

In fact, you could arguably say that Corsair is using its name to undercut its competitors by a few bucks. The MP600 Mini is a contender at $100, and it’s a steal at $90, but there are cheaper alternatives available if you’re on a strict budget.
