So far, we know that the narrator is Aaron LaPlante, who played The Duke in Resident Evil Village. We also know that Troy Burgess, who voices Cook, has a background in theater and dance. We also know that Bryarly Bishop, who plays Connie Taylor, has done voice work for other Video Games and starred in various short films.
We also know that Leland McKinney, voiced by Matt Lowe, is a former wrestler and has appeared in Mafia 3 and The Walking Dead. Damian Maffei plays Johnny, a brutal killer and the newest addition to the Sawyer family. Kristina Klebe voices Sissy, a female killer inspired by cults like the Manson clan.
Sonny, another victim, is voiced by Zeno Robinson, known for his role in Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir. Ana Flores, voiced by Jeannie Tirado, is a character trying to recover her sister Maria. The original actor for Hitchhiker in the 1974 film, Edwin Neal, reprises his role in the game.
