“I know a lot of you are very upset. I’ve seen the comments; people on Twitter, Discord, Reddit. Comments on videos. There’s a lot of people worried that somehow Barbara, the new CEO, has started making changes behind our backs,” Sebastian clarifies at the outset of the video, before pointing out that no changes have actually occurred.
“The problem is, these people aren’t thinking about their comments, their concerns, based on facts. They’re based on assumptions. Just because the change hasn’t happened yet, doesn’t mean the change is happening,” he continues.
Poking some fun at the situation, the YouTuber jokes that Barbara, the CEO, has done nothing on the channel and, as such, people should schedule their concern for later, perhaps suggesting that the complaints were at least slightly premature.
Sebastian also reassures fans that he is still actively involved in decision-making and that any changes implemented in the future would be with his full approval.
“Absolutely nothing has changed,” he emphasizes. Concluding the video, he emphasizes that viewers should give him the benefit of the doubt and be patient.
“Watch the videos, and if you don’t like it, then I’m always open to talking to you,” he continues. “But don’t speculate based on nothing; based on just assumptions. If you actually have an issue with something we’ve done, please bring it to me; bring it to Barbara or my team; or just take it to Twitter, and I’ll always respond and engage with you.”
