Atlas Fallen Beginner Tips

Want to know Atlas Fallen beginner tips? You’ve just been cast into the role of Ben – a human with the power to wield magic – who must ally with a forgotten god to defeat a tyrant god and liberate mankind from enslavement. It’s a pretty straightforward storyline, but the fantasy Open-world game is anything but simple.

The Atlas Fallen map is expansive, filled with roads, ruins, tunnels, and hidden treasures. Taking your time to uncover these will aid your progress immensely. Your first few hours in the game will be filled with side quests and fights, but it won’t be until you reach the first major hub city that you’ll have the chance to take a step back and appreciate the scale of Atlas Fallen.

How to Get Started in Atlas Fallen

The tutorial in Atlas Fallen is fairly straightforward, so you shouldn’t have any trouble completing the first few tasks. Right after the opening cutscene, you’re free to explore the countryside.

The first thing you should do is head over to the area marked by the green task icon on the map. It’s a short walk from the entrance of the cave, and you’ll find a tree stump with a prompt to Activate. Do so, and you’ll be able to fast travel to this location from any of the Atlas Fallen maps.

While you’re here, you might as well chop down some nearby trees. This is the only fast travel location in the area, and it’s a good place to store your gathered vegetal and mineral resources.

How to Gather Resources in Atlas Fallen

Throughout the world of Atlas Fallen, you’ll find trees, rocks, soil, and other things that you can use to craft items and upgrade your equipment. The most basic form of each material can be found nearby, but you’ll need to travel to other areas to gather more valuable resources.

Vegetal resources are used to craft tools and equipment. These tools are necessary for gathering other materials, such as rocks and metal ore.

Mineral resources are used to craft weapons and armor. Many of the weapons and armor you find will be unusable when you pick them up, with a low damage output and low durability. It’s best to store them in your stash until you can return to the fast travel location and upgrade them using the resources you’ve gathered.

How to Craft Items in Atlas Fallen

In Atlas Fallen, you can use your gathered materials to craft items and tools. These can be used to repair damaged equipment or create new tools. The crafting menu can be accessed from the main map or from your inventory, and it’s divided into two sections: Tools and Materials.

The tools section lets you craft everything that’s necessary for gathering materials, such as the axe for chopping down trees or the net for catching fish. You can also create medicine kits and bandages to heal your wounds, even though it’s a good idea to use these only if you’re close to death.
