Gigabyte RTX 4060: A Compact and Powerful Graphics Card

We finally have some concrete information on a low profile RTX 4060 graphics card, as Gigabyte breaks its silence on a new entry in the graphics card market. The company’s latest product is a super compact GPU that could be coming to shelves in the near future, and it’ll be a solid option for HTPC and compact PC upgraders.

At 182mm long, 40mm thick, and 69mm tall, this Gigabyte RTX 4060 will fit into the smallest of PC cases. In fact, it’ll probably be a perfect match for the likes of the Asus ROG Z1, or even the mighty Thermaltake Riiser GXT.

The cooler uses a new triple fan design that will help the GPU stay cool, even when it’s running at its highest clockspeeds out of the box. I suspect you’ll need a large case for the best results, but the LP bracket is included in the box for users who want to install it in a low profile chassis.

We’re still waiting for this graphics card to show up on retailers, but it should be available sometime soon. Check out our Gigabyte RTX 4060 review for performance levels, but I’d recommend holding off on purchasing until we get a better idea of the noise profile. Smaller fans might be more irritating than usual, but I’m hoping the increased performance will be worth the cost.
