Star Wars Outlaws: Explore the Iconic Locations

Tired of Tatooine already? Well, you’re not the only one, but that might change with the arrival of Star Wars Outlaws. The upcoming action game promises to take you to Mos Eisley and Jabba’s Palace in an explorable form like never before, as new details emerge from San Diego Comic-Con. Exciting stuff, and long before you get to check out the Star Wars Outlaws beta.

Star Wars Outlaws gameplay was discussed at a panel during San Diego Comic-Con, with details emerging via Twitter account Star Wars Explained.

“We’ll have the opportunity to visit the moisture farms and Jabba’s Palace, and potentially work with or betray the Hutt cartel,” Star Wars Explained says of Star Wars Outlaws, which is due to release on May 13.

Betraying a gang may lead to bounty hunters being sent after you, but your choices will also allow you to unlock new locations. The purpose of the moisture farms is unclear, but they may be part of a gang vying for control on Tatooine.

Star Wars Outlaws also features a cooking mechanic, which is sure to add a whole new dimension to the action. Cooking in a shooter game? Yes please.

This is all sure to pique the interest of Star Wars fans, as long as you’re not tired of Tatooine yet. For those still enamoured by the sight of Jabba’s palace, take a look at everything we know about Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.
