How to Complete Chapter 4 in Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective
1. Approach Lynne as soon as you gain control to gather information about the incident. Lynne suggests going outside via the telephone to locate the gunman before he strikes. Before leaving, listen to past Lynne as she provides the number for Chicken Kitchen.
2. At the telephone, you'll discover that you can't travel via telephone lines in the past. Swivel the desk lamp and turn it on to draw the officer's attention to a hidden notebook. As a result, the officer will contact the detectives in the junkyard, granting you the ability to travel through the phone to the junkyard.
3. Upon arriving at the junkyard, you'll be greeted by Ray and must make your way to the folding cot located above him. Close the cot and use the flag to ascend to the higher level, just as you did in Chapter One. Keep the searchlight on and patiently wait for Cabanela to pass by on his bike.
4. Pause time and hitch a ride on the pedals of Cabanela's bike. Enter the van to expose Tengo and open the van door to temporarily blind him with the searchlight. Close the van door to return to the ground and wait for Tengo's reappearance.
5. Utilize the police car's flashing lights to attract the attention of the officer on the left and prompt them to turn off the left searchlight. Turn on the center and right searchlights to force Tengo to position himself on the far left. Use the nightstick of the officer on the left to open the crossing gate and use the crane to crush Tengo, preventing him from harming Lynne.
6. With Lynne now safe, employ the umbrella to return to the flag and navigate through the junk to reach the telephone below. From there, proceed to the office to conclude the chapter.
