Mortal Kombat's iconic fighter, Mileena, is back and she's bringing a whole new level of terror to the series. Fans are buzzing with excitement over Mileena's revamped appearance, particularly her menacing fangs.

In the rebooted storyline of Mortal Kombat 1, Mileena is now Kitana's slightly older twin sister. She acquired her hellish fangs after contracting the Tarkat disease.
